Jessica is a discerning strategist and designer who loves creating order out of chaos.

She has a knack for spanning disciplines and employs a thoughtful blend of creativity and eagle-eyed systems thinking. She believes deeply in the human experience and is constantly working to advance it.

Her ability to naturally make connections and identify strategic opportunities has led her to success elevating brands large and small. For the past three years she has transformed the customer experience landscape at PMI through research-driven design strategies. Previously, she was part of the award-winning brand design studio at Loews Hotels before venturing out on her own to develop brand experiences holistically. She also spent four years at Nordstrom in Seattle, designing the in-store experience for all 120+ international stores.

Originally from Salt Lake City, Jessica graduated from Utah State University with a BFA in Graphic Design and Business Management. She also studied design in Switzerland!

Now living in New York City, you’ll often find Jessica with her husband on a neighborhood walking tour. She enjoys exploring new places and taking in all of the history, architecture, and culture wherever she goes.
